Beijing Unicom Network Resource Management System Design And Implementation

Since 2008,optimization and integration of communication operators,China Netcom and the original Unicom merged to form a new Unicom,China Unicom have a nationwide access to fixed-line and mobile network resources,with fixed-wide network operations.Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition situation,China Unicom needs to quickly establish a network with the new environment to match the operating strength,in order to continue to maintain the leading position in the communications industry.In this context,Beijing Unicom is working to build a professional network of fixed-line resource management system,and the network resources of each unit of the relationship between the highly centralized system of integrated management,the past scattered business resource information into a set of network resource management system,to re-create the front-line market business resources and background network resources closely related.Beijing Unicom network resource management is still dependent on the maintenance of information resources and network construction phase,the professionals need to switch complex queries in the subsystems to complete the equipment information transfer and import and export work,how to effectively improve the efficiency of office,accurate reflecting the network resource information,Beijing Unicom is an urgent problem to be solved.This system is based on B/S architecture.The foreground adopts Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool,and adopts the object-oriented language C# to program and realize.In the background of the system to store data,choose to use Sql Server 2008 database.The main contents of this paper are as follows:establishing a set of Beijing Unicom network resource management system,which includes five parts: data management,basic data support,service capability support,system management and interface function.How to make the system interface friendly,easy to learn,safe and practical,easy to Beijing 16 districts and counties branch operation and maintenance personnel quickly master,is the focus of research and development work.In addition,the system also carries on the detailed analysis and design to the database,completes the equipment on the shelf,the resources classification inducts,the statistical management and so on the entire process work,causes the Beijing company to manage the resources data effectively.
