Acoustic emission detection technology had been widely researched and applied in online monitoring and testing of equipment which are some important or operation always,due to fast detection,highly sensitivity and dynamic detection.However,the detection system need to receive the feedback information of monitored structure continuously,the signal acquisition system will produce a large amount of data,higher performance has been required for the hardware,so the application of AE technique in online monitoring was affected.The paper research its application in AE signal base on compressive sensing in order to compress data by reduce the large amounts of data.The main research content is as follows:1)CS theory is the foundation of this paper,this paper described the theory from sparse representation of signal,the design of measurement matrix and reconstruction algorithm,and typical signals compared with different sparse base.As the same time the three algorithms of compressive sensing was analyzed from theory and experiment.It is studied in this paper that the relation of signal sparse degree,measurement and the success rate of reconstruction at different algorithms,and compares the reconfiguration time as well as analyze the performance of algorithm to choose an appropriate algorithm of AE signal.2)The AE signal acquisition system was designed base on CS theory.The system was simulated by Simulink software,meanwhile,the hardware circuit of each module was design and components selection was presented in detail.3)In order to choose the most suitable reconstruction algorithm of AE signal,the AE signal of simulation was compressed and reconstructed by two algorithms to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.It is studied that the relation of the two algorithms between measurement and reconstruction error,error mean square,reconstruction time.Based on the above three aspects,select the most suitable algorithm for AE signal was selected.4)The actual two kinds of AE signal was reconstructed by the selected reconstruction algorithm to verify the correctness of the method.The relationship between the measured values and the error and reconstruction time of the selected algorithm is studied,according to the curve of the experimental results arrive at the optimal sampling rate.
