The Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Management System

With the continuous development of information technology,the speed of enterprise information construction is accelerating,enterprise digital efficient management has become one of the important symbols to measure the level of enterprise technology.Fixed assets management,as an important element of enterprise management,affects the operation of business processes and the development of the company.If the management of fixed assets is not standardized,the enterprise will encounter problems in management and operation.Therefore,we should use information technology to improve the efficiency of fixed assets management.In this thesis,through the study of the unit's fixed assets management process and management methods,combined with the fixed assets management system used by domestic and foreign enterprises,put forward a reasonable solution of fixed assets management system,on the basis of this scheme,using B/S network design structure to achieve a set of enterprise fixed assets management system.The system mainly implements the following functions: asset account management,asset inventory management,asset borrowing management,asset report management,asset inventory management and system user management,and inventory function in-depth study,using Android mobile phone smart terminal for asset inventory.Through the above research and system development,optimize the asset management process,to achieve fixed assets query,issuance,storage,maintenance,report statistics and asset inventory management functions.It plays a huge role in promoting the management of fixed assets and information construction.At the same time,it simplifies the way of asset management,transforms the original Excel management into system management,and improves work efficiency.This system is based on B/S structure,using Java Web technology and SQL SERVE database,integrated development environment using MyEclipse,server using Tomcat.System assets inventory APP uses Android technology and Sqlite database.With the above technology,the development of fixed assets management system will be completed.
