Blackbody radiation source is a typical nonlinear stationary system,which has its own characteristics of large inertia and large time delay.Its characteristics change with the temperature in the furnace.In order to accelerate the heating rate of blackbody radiation source and reduce the steady state Error,stronger anti-interference ability,require the use of a control algorithm with higher temperature control quality,control the temperature response of black body radiation source.At present,the traditional PID control algorithm is widely used in most industrial fields to control the temperature of black body radiation sources,but the traditional PID control algorithm can no longer meet human needs.In this paper,a software and hardware experimental platform for temperature control system of low and medium temperature blackbody radiation source(three blackbody furnaces)was designed and built.Software experiment Simulink by MATLAB to build the system module diagram to complete the simulation experiment design.The hardware experiment control system is built by hardware such as Beijing Blueprints RPC2106 or RPC2107 Controller,RPC2312 or RPC2311 Acquisition Module,XIMADEN-S212 ZK Solid State Relays and SCR Control Devices,and compiled with RunPro(Improved Codesys)software PLC control algorithm program and the program into the controller.In this paper,a control algorithm with higher temperature control quality is adopted to simulate the temperature control of the blackbody radiation source through a combination of simulation experiments and physical experiments.The step response experiment of blackbody radiation source temperature control system is performed and an approximate mathematical model is calculated.Based on the calculated mathematical model,a simulation experiment on the temperature control of blackbody radiation source is carried out.The traditional PID control algorithm and linear ADRC algorithm are respectively used for the black body radiation source temperature control system.In this paper,we propose an improved ADRC algorithm,that is,the ADRC algorithm based on BP neural network.We use the artificial neural network(ANN)of certain structure to approximate the properties of the nonlinear function arbitrarily,and then use the identified ANN to compensate a part of the controlled object can be approximately considered to narrow the range of change of the controlled object so as to improve the control quality of the linear automatic disturbance rejection controller.Experiments show that the ADRC algorithm based on BP neural network not only has strong anti-interference ability,but also can speed up the heating rate,reduce the overshoot and steady-state error.This algorithm is also applied to the temperature control system of three sections of blackbody furnace(medium temperature blackbody radiation source).The algorithm is verified that the control algorithm not only has higher temperature control quality in the field of low temperature control but also higher in the temperature control field the temperature control quality.
