With the development of society,the progress of science and technology,and the audience for performing art pursuit promotion,3D stage wire has become an integral part of modern performing stage.3D stage wire as air entertainment if you encounter risk,or improper operation of equipment failure in the process of performing arts in it may lead to system safety accidents,therefore with the he lp of controller parameter optimization and reorganization of servo drive fault tolerant strategy,has important significance for improving safety of 3D stage wire control system.In view of this,this paper combined with the structure of the existing 3D stage Avia system,based on ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control,ADRC),from the establishment of "immunity system stage wire paradigm" to start,based on analyzing the kinematics mechanism of the stage wire,the optimized ADRC parameters of the 3D stage wire system respectively according to the research;servo drive system fault 3D stage wire design,servo drive hard redundancy switching mechanism based on reconfigurable fault-tolerant,as follows:First of all,starting from the basic structure and the control theory of ADRC,a detailed analysis of the various components of ADRC working principle and nonlinear system "anti interference paradigm" modeling principle,and based on the stage Avia system architecture and related technology,based on ADRC modeling ideas " fishbone +fishbone," established the 3D stage wire system of "anti disturbance paradigm" mathematical model,provides a guarantee for the realization of high precision control of single stage wire,then in order to realize the 3D s tage wire system controller parameter optimization and fault tolerant control method of reconstruction and laid the foundation.Secondly,according to the 3D stage wire system based on ADRC(ADRC)parameters and difficult setting problems,the bird swarm algorith m(BSA)is introduced to optimize the parameters of ADRC.The first stage and then combined with 3D and ADRC wire performance characteristics,analysis of the ADRC tuning parameters,and the parameters of ADRC intelligent optimization algorithm BSA based on optimized setting.The simulation results show that BSA can not only overcome the particle swarm algorithm to ADRC parameters is easy to fall into the local optima,and the operation is simple and efficient and easy to implement,optimized by BSA ADRC im proved 3D stage wire single point lifting performance and robustness,provided a guarantee for the synchronous control of the wire.Finally,according to the servo drive system fault 3D wire,3D wire system design stage with fault tolerant reconfiguration control strategy.First of all,combined with the actual engineering to the system is equipped with a reasonable number of servo drive,allowing the system to achieve hard redundant conditions;secondly,the use of servo drive is the self diagnosis functio n of judging fault occurs,if failure occurs through the switch in advance servo drive equipped with idle good fault to replace servo drive,so as to realize the servo system fault tolerant drive through the reconstruction;finally,the control strategy of the proposed fault-tolerant reorganization of the corresponding simulation.The experimental results show that the proposed reconfigurable fault-tolerant control strategy not only can quickly switch to complete servo drive fault,and can effectively impro ve the safety performance of 3D stage wire system,saving the cost of the project,has some practical value in engineering.
