Design And Implementation Of An Unified Registration Platform For Real Estate In Heze City

In recent years,China began to implement the real estate registration policy,and the research and development about the related information systems has started.In the past,the registration business of real estate in the past were executed by many different departments independently,thus,information island phenomenon is obvious.In order to clarify the duties of registration departments and integrate scattered data,many country formulates has been enacted,in which real estate registration information platform is clearly pointed out to coping with these problem.In this background,this thesis studies the design and implementation of the real estate registration information platform for Heze city.Heze city's unified registration of real property information platform is established on Shandong province's real estate registration platform.Considering the actual situation of Heze City,the system should meet the national,provincial and local real estate registration administration management,and realize data sharing.Heze City real estate registration information platform to Land Resources Bureau and relevant departments of the existing information system based on integration of scattered in various departments,district and county real estate registration data,covering the city's construction,extensible database and information sharing platform.In the demand analysis stage,from the two aspects of functional and nonfunctional in Heze City real estate registration information platform needs analysis and description,this paper puts forward a system demand statement,then the UML use case diagram modeling system based on business,real estate registration business includes right management,business management,file management,summary analysis and so on;in the analysis of nonfunctional,the index is described from three aspects of system performance,safety and compatibility.In the stage of system design and Realization of real estate registration information platform includes a data integration subsystem based on C/S architecture and based on information management platform based on B/S architecture,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the latter,given the system network deployment and functional organization.In this paper,the relational data model is used to model the data of real estate registration information platform,and the design of E-R diagram model and information table is given.Otherwise,HDFS is adopted to created distributed data storage strateagy.In the process of system development,the framework of ASP.NET MVC is adopted,and the class diagram and sequence diagram of the main function design and implementation are given.Finally,this thesis gives the system test,including functional test based on black box testing method and nonfunctional testing based on pressure testing.The test results show that the real property registration information platform can meet the business needs of real property registration for Heze city,and achieve the intended design goals.
