Design And Implementation Of Mine Digital Application Platform Based On WebGL

With the development of internet technology and the improvement of 3D visualization,the traditional instrument equipment data management of mine and the way of mine surface generation can't meet the needs of mine works.The management of mine hardware and equipment through the software platform and the three-dimensional display of the mine surface are getting more and more attention of the mine management personnel.Combining the WinCC configuration software and OPC data access technology,the platform of mine digital application based on WebGL is designed and implemented through the analysis of the HTML5 front-end and WebGL technology.First,with the analysis of the current development of domestic and foreign mine digital platform and the research of current 3D modeling technology,the paper analyses the business requirements,functional requirements,and non-functional requirements of the platform from the traditional equipment management mode.Second,the platform adopts OPC data access technology to solve the problems met in the data acquisition process of traditional instrument equipment.Combined with the construction algorithm of the mine surface model,the 3D commonality of the geometric body is abstracted by WebGL technology,and the 3D modeling of the surface and structure of the mine is realized.Finally,the mine surface and structure models are associated with mine instrument data,and the 3D visualization display and management of mine instrument data is achieved through the configuration of mine structures.The mine digital application platform based on WebGL implements the data automatic acquisition and management of mine instrument equipment,and completes the 3D modeling and visual display of the surface and structure of the mine,which satisfies the user's digital management of the mine instrument data,and lays the foundation for the digitalization development of the mine.
