Design And Development Of Laboratory Information Management System For A Third Party Analysis Institution

With the development of social economy,food safety,environmental pollution and biological health is becoming a serious problem,which leads to an increase of the third party analysis institution.These third party analysis institutions need to be accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS)and China Metrology Accreditation(CMA)before they issue a test report,so the test report can have legal effect.CNAS and CMA certification ensure the test method is scientific and correct,the test data is accurate and objective,the test behavior is fair and justice.It further strengthens the supervision of food safety,environmental pollution,biological hygiene and other fields,and also provides testing services for innovative research and development in new materials,biomedicine,chemical reagents and other fields.However,the traditional sense of the quality management system is to print data records on the paper as the basis,to achieve the goal of the quality control is in the form of transfer and save the data by write it down on real papers.The appearance of the laboratory information management system improves the quality management system in the way of information technology.Reduce the use of paper,improving the efficiency of information transfer and retrieval,so as to achieve the informatization innovation of the whole quality management.This paper studies the laboratory information management system of a third party analysis institution represented by Beijing center for physical and chemical analysis.Give a report of the overview,the significance and the status of the research in the related fields.Investigate the present situation of the quality management system of Beijing center for physical and chemical analysis,analysis the system requirement,the operation flow,and introduce the modules of each function,draw the use case diagram.Designed the architecture of the system,designed the functional modules,introduced the design of key classes,and established the conceptual model and a logical model of the database.The detailed design and implementation of the system are introduced,including the building of the system and the realization of various functional modules.Finally,the system is tested,the test environment and method are listed,the test cases are listed,and the test conclusions are obtained.
