In the past,the majority of our inspection agencies have adopted a manual management methods to achieve inspection agencies in all aspects of daily management, this management model is not only inefficient, but the error rate is higher. Continuous development of laboratory research and production technology makes traditional management model has been unable to adapt to modern management needs, while people on the analytical testing requirements in terms of the number of samples analyzed period,and data analysis project authority and reliability have made higher requirements. The work of the various work processes to create a digital inspection agency information management system to manage the organization,as well as various departments to become a development direction of the current Internet applications, laboratory information management system (LIMS) that is generated in this context.This paper analyzes State Hazardous Chemicals Quality Supervision and Inspection Center specific business processes, the system needs analysis. Then, based on analyzing the system entity relationship diagram, design the system database. On the basis of the center of the crisis on business process design system framework with specific functions, and completed the system implementation and testing. In this paper,the above are described in detail.State hazardous chemicals Quality Supervision and Inspection Center management system to achieve the process and other elements of the system were focused functional design, and to analyze a variety of situations, and finally determine the program, the design and real-world applications combine to achieve a comprehensive,efficient,and highly usefulness of information systems, and ultimately the management of advanced laboratory technology to the real work which. System uses C / S architecture and SQL server database implementation. Currently, the system has been put into use, improve the efficiency of product testing and hazardous center management, help to ensure that data are consistent with the relevant norms and standards.
