Design And Implementation Of Library Management System Based On Android

With the continuous development of communication technology,wireless communication technology has been very mature,and mobile Internet has become an inseparable part of people's life.At the same time,with the continuous development of mobile terminal hardware technology,mobile phone technology is constantly improving,and the processing capacity and storage capacity of mobile phone has been very strong.All kinds of business models and business organization in the direction towards the mobile Internet,through mobile terminals and mobile applications to achieve a variety of functions,real-time information transmission,mobile applications and popularization of information processing and the mobile will become the focus of future development.For libraries,because of the needs of business,they need to purchase a large number of books every year,and the number and types of books are also increasing.Annual inventory and purchase of books and books occupy a lot of time and energy for staff.Although the current library has used the library management information system,but the library management system is based on PC,only through the client can be used on the computer,at the same time connected to the scan code equipment is fixed,so it must be transported to the designated location in the book entry scan code book information,and inventory in the query need to check the consistency of information display on the shelves of books and computer,resulting in the need for staff to check the back and forth several times,boring work inefficient and error prone.Under such a background,we need to use mobile Internet technology,design and implement a set of library management system based on mobile internet terminal,support library management background operation,including book purchase,book registration,book inventory and other functions.The Android platform is selected to design and develop the management system.In the process of implementation,we divide and disassemble the functions that need to be realized through requirement analysis.Based on that,we design the whole system and design the modules,then we implement and test the system.The test shows that the book management system based on Android system can realize the function of analysis in system requirements well.The design and implementation of the system enable library managers to use mobile phones as management terminals,manage the collection of books,information and purchasing information at any time and anywhere,and greatly enhance the efficiency of library managers.
