With the development of information technology,a large number of information systems mainly including integrated systems and enterprise level systems based in SOA have been applied in most of enterprises.But in the enterprises which have hierarchies,each system is deployed in every level.As a result,data between different level systems are isolated.So it has been a problem to solve immediately that how to make the system both can be deployed in different levels and can make data communication in self-organizing way.Aiming at this issue,a scheme in which not only the systems can be deployed in different levels independently but also the data in different level systems can be shared in the self-organizing way.The service serving and service consuming model is adopted in the scheme.Based on this model,two roles,the service provider and the service consumer,are abstracted.The service providers provide service and the service consumers consume the service.on this basis,internal service register center and the remote service register center are constructed.The internal register center is in charge of the internal service.And the remote service center is in charge of the data sharing service.The mechanism makes the business model decoupling,so makes the systems have the higher expansibility.Meanwhile,the data sharing is actualized.The scheme is applied in the VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)visualization system of Qinhuangdao Environmental Protection Agency successfully.To implement the system,Dubbo structure based on the service-oriented administer is applied to divide service.And Zookeeper is used to construct internal service and external service register center.In the system arrangements,the Hudson durative integration platform is used to deploy and maintain the service,and the distributed and clustering deployment scheme is used to strengthen the system performance.Finally,the systems are deployed to the Qinhuangdao and its subordinate Environmental Protection Agency independently and apart.The VOCs data is shared among the Qinhuangdao and its subordinate Environmental Protection Agency.Besides,The robustness and availability of the system are verified by a complete test.
