In 2019,China's number of international patent applications reached 58,990,surpassing the United States for the first time and ranking first in the world.Patent is a combination of technology,law and economy,which contains great value.In order to explore the potential value of patents,many researches have been carried out around patents,and the patent platform emerged as The Times required.With the development of network and the change of people's demands,integrated service has become the inevitable trend of information service development.However,some current patent platforms have a series of problems,such as single function,poor scalability,large data volume and slow response,which will face many challenges in the development of patent information integration in the future.In this paper,based on the concept of micro-service design,a system architecture with high availability,low coupling and easy extension is designed based on the Dubbo framework,and the patent platform is realized by using this architecture.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the demand for patent platform and its future development trend,and compare and select relevant technologies based on the idea of service orientation in terms of the macro design architecture.Investigate the status quo of the patent platform,define the construction objectives of the patent platform,and determine the overall functional requirements of the patent platform according to the specific business requirements and characteristics of the patent platform.(2)On the basis of demand analysis,the patent platform is designed in outline.First,I designed the logical and functional architecture of the patent platform.Second,I designed the technical architecture with Dubbo as the main body.In order to simplify the later operation and maintenance,I designed a continuous integration scheme based on Jenkins.Finally,the design of key data table in the patent platform is given.(3)Complete the detailed design and implementation of the patent platform.The functions of authorization,data acquisition and patent retrieval in the patent platform are described in detail through flow chart,sequence diagram and class diagram,etc.(4)Test the patent platform to verify whether the functional modules of the patent platform can run correctly and the performance can achieve the desired effect.Through the above work,the patent platform based on Dubbo is designed and implemented.The test results show that the patent platform has certain scalability and high availability.
