Entity three-dimensional display system is a set of application equipment by using embedded technology,software design and development,computer graphics and precision mechanical drive.This device can be applied in a variety of scenarios,providing a new model and methods for the two-dimensional into three-dimensional in the real world.The purpose of this paper is to develop and imply a the pre-processing software.It is a Desktop App which is running under the Windows system.Using the development of MFC architecture so that the dialog interface can be showed in the basic of window.Due to the MFC architecture contains a large number of control classes and functions.The life cycle of the development can be shortened.In a meanwhile,the code refactoring and readable.The main function of the pre-processing software is to enter the main configuration function of scale,unit module test,data import,3D visualize,transmission communicate and status bar refresh.In the data processing,the remote sensing image elevation data extraction,remote sensing image gray scale rendering.Latitude and longitude data processing,transmission format conversion.The overall color of the software is blighting,full-featured,interactive and real-time to make sure that provides users with reliable software platform operation to control the whole entity three-dimensional display system.At the same time,the article involve the design of the structure and the selection of material of the rectangular prism of the three-dimensional display system.The installation of the device is reasonable and the hardware configuration of the whole system and the configuration of the mechanical device are completed.Combined with the user multi-angle,the requirement for interactive interaction,through the GDAL open source library or other reliable map geographic information file to make the appropriate data conversion processing.Add the pixel information,so that the whole system more intuitive three-dimensional.The three-dimensional visualization of the collated target data is based on the establishment of a reliable connection mechanism in the system,the accurate and safe transmission of packaged files,follow-up driver software and embedded controller to drive the entire mechanical and display system can be customized scale of the entity three-dimensional display system.Thedevelopment process involves mechanical design,3D printing,remote sensing data extraction,image rendering,interface interaction,data transmission and so on.The design and implementation of the solid three-dimensional display system device includes the design of the rectangular column and the design of the aluminum alloy bracket.The design of the rectangular column includes the design of the display structure of the loading LED chip.At the same time,the design of the mechanical operation structure of the rectangular rail is carried out with the mechanical guide,and the design is drawn by CAD tool to ensure that the whole device is connected by the aluminum alloy bracket stable.Considering the implement of the methods,cost,precision,toughness and other factors to select the appropriate material production,installation,to ensure the full operation of the entire device.Through a large number of experimental tests,the pre-processing software interface design is optimized,the interactivity is improved.With the help of our team,the whole equipment is optimized and the overall accuracy and stability of the equipment is running online.According a large number of experiments and tests,the interface design of pre-processing software is optimized,the interactivity is improved,the structure of the whole device is optimized,and the precision and stability of the whole device are improved.
