With the remote sensing detection (probe) technique have already got the more and more extensive application in the military realm, In information-based war, the remote sensing image interpretation have become the new technical ability that all levels commanders, brainman and soldiers must control. It is significance to decision director perceive the battlefield environment and make the decision.This paper mainly introduces remote sensing image interpretation training theories and the skills,multi-media information management and expression in battlefield situation. Combining the remote sensing image interpretation training and the application systems, this paper inquires into knowledge system and applied techniques of remote sensing image interpretation, include:(1) Geometric distortion and geometry rectification of remote sensing image, training theories and skills of the remote sensing image interpretation.(2)The establishment method of the multi-media database model, the management and the expression of the multi-media information data in the situation of the battlefield.(3)The management of the image data, the theory and the method of three-dimensional display according to OepnGL .
