State Migration Framework For Heterogeneous Terminal Application

With the diversification of personal terminals,the enrichment of application and the mobility of office and entertainment,it has become normal for people to use intelligent terminals to access the ubiquitous cloud services to deal with personal daily.However,depending on users' changing situations and environments,the users often face the problem of switching applications between different terminals.Therefore,it is becoming more and more important to implement automatic seamless migration for applications between terminals.In order to achieve the above purpose,this paper designs an application automation migration framework which can satisfy the user's mobile experience,and realizes seamless migration between terminals.First of all,we propose the application abstraction model,which describes the software design architecture,the internal organization and the work flow of applications.And then we define the application description language based on the application workflow,which realizes the three level mapping from the application to the abstract model to the application description file and shields the difference between page layout and view logic in different versions,and lays the foundation for application migration.Then,in support of the model,we construct the application automation migration framework,which completes the dynamic capture and reconstruction of application state from two perspectives: the sharing of session state and the reappearance of presentation layer state.And it takes full account of the key issues of organization,storage and security of application state,and gives consideration to legacy applications and the applications being developed.The framework gives a general solution to the problem of application migration.Finally,we demonstrated the seamless migration between Web terminals and Android terminals with two practical application cases.To sum up,aiming at the problem of application migration in mobile environment,this paper design and implement the application cross-terminal automation migration framework,which meets the mobile office and entertainment demand of users and has positive effect to improve user efficiency and user satisfaction.
