Open mHealth technology can collect and share health related information in an unprecedented way without going to the hospital.Recent surveys show that IOS has more than 13000 health-related applications,and Android has more than 6000 applications.Millions of people now use smartphones to calculate steps,check heart rate and blood pressure,and share health-related data.The existing open mHealth is built in the IP network.However,health information data exchange has many vulnerabilities in the IP network,such as security,privacy,mobility,and so on.These functions are added to the IP network by external additions.The NDN network has a built-in support for user mobility,which is very suitable for mobile patients and nurses.NDN can also ensure data security through a packet visa to the data packet,not the channel security provided by the Internet in the IP network.So,NDN has a natural advantage for open mHealth,which has a high demand for privacy.NDN is mentioned by the NSF(National Science,Foundation)launched in 2010 one of the future network architecture research program,aims to develop a new network architecture to meet the communication needs of emerging,and replace the existing TCP/IP protocol.NDN does not consider the physical location of the content storage location,and directly establishes the named data network system.In order to solve the protocol architecture design TCP/IP design of the unfittness retained the waist sandglass model,main characteristics embodied in the flexible routing strategy and security mechanism based on the data itself.This research combines NDN and open mHealth to explore the feasibility of constructing open mHealth system using NDN to improve the shortcomings of the existing open mHealth system,and design and develop a motion information tracking system based on NDN using open mHealth system built by NDN.The system can use the user to record the track,time,movement and other related information.It can also choose to share safely and quickly.The security of health data is critical.In most of the services deployed by consumers in mHealth,including Open mHealth,the establishment of data security is achieved through interaction authentication with trusted servers,such as TLS with implicit trusted certificates.The authenticity of the data is built on the channel security.However,when using NDN network in Open mHealth framework,because NDN network will cache data in the middle node,and TLS and other means,in order to ensure data security,it will get data packets to the data source,which can not well reflect the advantages of NDN.In order to maintain a balance between security and interoperability,a suitable encryption mechanism is required.In this case,the Open mHealth sensitive data in the ecological environment of a large number of dynamic and static,need to design a complete access control model to achieve effective control of data access,so that only authorized users can use the data,without the privileges of the user is in the middle of the cache node acquires data can decrypt.The existing NDN access control can not meet the needs of Open mHealth when it is applied to the openmhealth.In this paper,a name based access control model is proposed.The model enables the cache to access data in the middle node while combining access control based on interest package to ensure that the intermediate node data is not acquired by unauthorized users.
