Design And Realization Of Personnel Management System Based On Liferay Portal

In recent years,with the gradual development of information technology,the impact of IT construction achievements on all domain is gradually expanding.With the development of computer and Internet technology,the information system construction of colleges and universities of China is gradually speeding up,especially as the university personnel management system based on information construction,has become an important part of the information construction in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to build an efficient,stable,safe and personalized management system based on campus computer and network environment has become a hot topic in domestic universities.In order to meet the needs of personnel management in universities,this paper makes a detailed research on the requirements of personnel management system in colleges and universities,and uses the use case diagram,activity diagram of unified modeling language and requirement description table to analyze and describe the requirements of the system.On the basis of the analysis of the system requirements,the system architecture and database model of the personnel management system are designed.In this paper,Liferay Portal is also studied,and the related technology is chosen for the implementation of the personnel management system.At the same time,this paper also designed the code architecture of the personnel management system based on Liferay Portal,and realized most of the functions of the personnel management system.In the development process of personnel management system,this paper also studied and designed the access control of data,and put forward the user data access control design based on role and organization,and implemented it.The personnel management system using JavaEE technology,using Java as the main programming language,using JavaScript as the auxiliary programming language development,using Oracle database to realize data persistence based on Liferay Portal,using the JSR-286 specification,the analysis and design using object oriented method,as well as the IDE development environment to achieve three objectives: 1,build a set of application system using Eclipse to meet the needs of personnel management of colleges and universities.2,according to the role of different Portals,enhance the user's personalized use experience.3,to achieve data access control based on organizational structure.At present,with the using of the system,the college have greatly improved the efficiency of the personnel management,and the system has brought great convenience to the staff.
