Design And Implementation Of ZiGong City Management And Law-enforcement System Base On Liferay Frame

With the development of Internet plus wave,the government has sped up the steps in the construction of e-government.How to quickly implement the construction of e-government by taking advantage of the Internet effectively for the government service working,and how to supply better service for the people by strengthening the government's administrative efficiency,which has become urgent task of the IT department in government.The main content of this thesis is the overall design of ZiGong city management and law-enforcement system and the implementation of the partial function modules.By full investigating and analyzing of the city management of ZiGong,a system was designed and implemented.The whole system includes office system,human resources and improvement of capacity system,collecting evidence of on-the-spot law-enforcement system,public law-enforcement system,remote assist for law-enforcement system,leadership decision-making and early warning system,city management and information publishing platform,ZiGong urban management bureau's services network that in total are 8 software subsystem,the thesis mainly completes office system,human resources and improvement of capacity system,public law-enforcement system,including the design and implementation of the related database and the UI.Among them,the office system include daily office management functions for staff of Zi Gong urban management bureau,such as official document report,Group SMS Send,all kinds of data report and statistics for early warning,etc;human resources and improvement of capacity system includes various training system and the personnel management system,such as personnel management system,unified exam system for promoting service quality of staff of urban management bureau,etc;public law-enforcement system mainly implemented different process management,such as general law-enforcement procedures and simple law-enforcement procedures.The thesis implemented secondary development by using the advanced technique of Liferay portal,and made some achievements for the e-government construction.in a relatively short period of time,successfully build the large internet project for ZiGong city management and law-enforcement system in early 2016.It has implemented Internet management for urban management,and simplified the procedure of urban management,and improved the working efficiency of ZiGong urban management bureau.
