With the development of Internet telecommunication technology,the era of broadband mobile network is coming.The type of service has changed from multi-types like voice,data to full IP service.The demand of enterprise transmission network increases.The service towards enterprise brings more than 80% profit for the telecommunications operators,which makes they compete fiercely.In corresponding,the service of enterprise transmission requires a much safer,wider network,and higher quality of service.When the traditional telecommunication network load the service of mobile network,the fact that the construction cost a lot,the resources consumed highly,and the bandwidth limited,made the development of service carrying network been limited to some extent.In order to satisfy the requirement of new service,the architecture of new service bearer network was in discuss,thus the IPRAN network was born.Compared to the traditional transmission nerwork,the IPRAN network,mainly used in the data feedback business in the station of 3G/4G and the group-network in enterprise service,is more flexible and easier to be maintained.The advantage that IPRAN network is more flexible,complicated and easier to extend compared to the traditional transmission network makes it more complex in the fault treatment of service bearer network when the network is demand for multi access,compatibility,synchronization,and expansion.The thesis focus on the study of solution towards bin-packing optimization when a new service is load into the network.The background is in the enterprise service in IPRAN network.Heuristic algorithms like ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm,and simulated annealing algorithm,put forward to solve this problem.The improvement method improved the traditional ant colony algorithm,which promoted the efficiency of the algorithm.An example of an enterprise service in an area of Nanjing was given at the end of the paper.The experiment of the efficiency of algorithm in the service bin-packing problem in IPRAN network was proved to be valid.
