Design And Implementation Of Abnormal Command And Dispatching System In Express Industry

With the rapid development of the express delivery industry,the data of business is getting larger and larger,and it is bound to be accompanied by more abnormalities.The abnormalities are generally divided into two categories:operational anomalies and non-operational anomalies.Dispatching and handling of anomalies,definition of anomalies and post-analysis of anomalies,all of these are important requirements of the company for fine management and realizing information management.Based on this demand,we need to design an abnormal command and dispatch management system that serves the headquarters of the express delivery company,the headquarters,the region,and the network.In order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise,the abnormality of the enterprise can also be managed in a closed loop,which is beneficial to the future of enterprise development.Firstly,this paper introduces the general anomalies in express industry,and describes how to dispatch and manage them in case of anomalies.Then it makes a detailed analysis of business requirements.It innovatively combines the experience of public emergency dispatch with the requirements of abnormal management in express industry.According to the result of requirement analysis,the system is designed in detail,and the framework of the system is SSH(Struts + Spring +Hibernate).Secondly,the function division of the system and the detailed design of the program are explained.The system mainly includes four modules: authority module,command and dispatch module,report module,interface module.The core function is the command and dispatch module.The authority module is responsible for maintaining the authority of the user,supporting the authorization of headquarters,region and network at multiple levels;Command and dispatch module is mainly responsible for the exception management,including rule management,real-time dispatch management,After-the-fact monitoring management,public information management.Rule management is mainly to define exceptions,including the level of exceptions,etc.Real-time dispatch managementIt is mainly responsible for real-time scheduling of anomalies when an anomaly occurs,and notifying the relevant department of the abnormality.After-the-fact monitoring management is to monitor and analyze the whole process of abnormality and form closed-loopmanagement.Open information management is responsible for maintaining system announcements,plans,etc.,informing and sharing information,and instructing how to handle exceptions.By analyzing the abnormal data,the report module forms a visual report based on Highcharts,which can be used for management decision and improvement.Interface module is mainly responsible for synchronizing peripheral system data,This project mainly corresponds to operation core system group and HR system.Finally,we conducted functional tests and performance tests,it make sure about that the system can achieve the desired results,And when the amount of business data reaches a certain level of traffic,it can maintain high availability and stability.
