Analysis And Research On Network Reimbursement Management System Of Yunnan University

In the business analysis, using activity diagram to illustrate the business process reality system processing, analysis of the reimbursement system of Yunnan University original business processes and existing problems, and gives the transformation of business processes, have better understanding and thinking of the whole structure and process. In functional analysis, system functional characterization by use case analysis and use case description, including the amount of reimbursement, configuration template settings, the cost of application, approval, financial approval, certificate management, user management, system management function module, and gives the overall function of the system architecture and the function of each module structure diagram. In data analysis, data analysis of each sub module, gives the system E-R diagram, establishes the database table structure. In the end of the lack of research and analysis work and shortcomings are summarized.Finally, this paper solves the reimbursement of staff. The tedious work between the approval of the leadership and financial manager, effectively solves the problems in Yunnan University, expense management, specification of Yunnan University financial reimbursement approval management, to the school teachers and students to save time for reimbursement, reimbursement of staff is very good for the school teachers and students, but also lay the foundation for the development of our school.
