The Design And Implementation Of City Switching System Based On SOA

The city switching system is organized and managed by the local people's banks of China,which responses to the need of the financial clearing for enterprises,institutions and individuals in the same city or designated areas but not in the same bank.The financial behavior means the opening banks could exchange collection notes,payment notes and clearing cash in the designated places with related clearing notes.Specifically,the practice is involved with inter-city commercial banks clearing in the same system or cross-systems.This paper mainly focuses on the design and launch of the city switching system of one bank in Changzhou,which offers convenient and fast services and to meet the need of the whole bank.This system is based on SOA construction to establish a business system.One bank in Changzhou and Changzhou People's Bank of China have been engaged in the city switching business for a couple of years.The old city switching system was developed more than a decade ago.Due to changes in business demands over the years,the risks created by the launch of our bank's new generation of core banking system and employees turnover,a new generation of city switching system has replaced the old one to meet the need of business developments.This paper designs and implements a city-to-city switching system of one bank in Changzhou based on the SOA architecture.This paper first understands the overall architecture of the city-to-city switching system and the external systems that need docking,and comprehensively analyzes the business requirements of the city-to-city switching system.Technically,this paper designs a city switching system based on SOA architecture,and implements a service registration and discovery framework based on ZooKeeper technology to decouple the system and improve the reusability of the service.In terms of service types,the paper will divide the city exchange system into foreground and background parts.The bookkeeping service at the front desk performs the bookkeeping transaction by invoking the backstage service,and completes the core content of the exchange business.In the background,the People's Bank of China data exchange service is responsible for the data interaction between one bank in Changzhou,and the data interaction between the partial service and the node client conduct.The part of the interaction with the People's bank of China exchanges data through the interface provided by the people's Bank,and the part of the interaction with the client and the central side is exchanged through a custom interface.The city switching system has been successful for online running after business and pressure test,who has handled about 4.02 million businesses,and has exchanged the amount about 1363.6 billion,whose average amount is 1.2 billion every day.This system could ensure one bank in Changzhou's daily transactions,bring more conveniences for clients.So far,this system takes the leading position and is highly appraised by Changzhou People's Bank of China.
