Research And Implementation Of BPM-based Financial Investment Review Management System

In recent years,municipal budget management of special financial expenditure has been continuously strengthened,financial investment review projects and the funds involved increased year by year.However,the review center still uses paper mode to record and transfer among the various parts of the project review.There are many risks,such as slower circulation,easy to lose,manual statistics,review reports,error prone,and departments cannot understand the progress of the project in time.In view of the situation of the evaluation center,this thesis based on business process management BPM(Business Process Management)principle,combined with the computer technology,and constructs a review information system which supports the process and modular management of the evaluation project.This thesis is based on the relationship between the project evaluation system,the evaluation process and the actual business requirements of the financial investment evaluation center.The budget department,business section,comprehensive department and director's office are the starting point,to detailly analysis the various aspects of the business process and functional requirements of the evaluation center.The process effectiveness of the core business phase and the relationship between the user and the business process are optimized.On this basis,the evaluation business process design based on BPM is proposed.Including process overall framework design,task release stage,review preparation stage,review implementation phase and review completion process design.And it gives the corresponding flow chart;Described in detail the functional design that meets the requirements of the review project and user requirements.Then,the database structure diagram is constructed,to design data storage and list key tables;The realization process of some functions is given,including project allocation,project audit and project filing.Finally,the situation of system test is introduced,including the construction of test environment and the testing of system function requirements.And the reliability of the system is proved.In this thesis,the optimization model of BPM business is designed and applied to the evaluation center,and the practical financial investment review information system is developed based on this model.
