With the rapid development oftechnology,Wechat has been the most popular instant social software,which is immersed into the daily life of everyone.What's more,many people blur the boundary between work and life because of the deep use of Wechat.Nowadays,Wechat is widely used in the company management.It's very usual to inform the members via Wechat thus incurring technostress.On the basis of this phenomenon,this study investigated the use of Wechat,technostress and organizational identification.In the paper,we analyse the relationshipsamong the three variables and the use of Wechat in the workplace,which can be certain reference significance.Based on the literature review,the paper constructs the guidance model of Wechat use,technostress and organizational identity.Then,put forward the research hypothesis.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method we analysis the data collected with SPSS 20 and finally draw the conclusions.The main conclusions of this study are the following:(1)Demographic variables have significant effects on the use of Wechat,technostress,and organizational identification.(2)The use of Wechat in workplace can includethe deep use of Wechat,social network structure,social networks relationship,and social network cognition.(3)In the use of Wechat,the deeper the use of Wechat,the more severe the technostress is,the more complex the network of Wechat,the moresevere the technostress is.The more the agreement among the organizational member,the more severe the technostress is.(4)For the different use purpose of Wechat,the technostress are also different.The most widely used in the function oninformation acquisition and maintain social contact.The technostress incurred by these two purposes are limited.The most severe technostess is from the arrangement of emergent tasks.(5)In the workplace,the member's organizational identity can adjust thetechnostress on certain extent.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the paper puts forward the specific suggestions for the organization's management and the members of the organization,and reviews the research process,points out the shortcomings,and suggests the possible direction of future research.
