Study On China's Image In Kazakhstan's Mainstream Media

In the field of national political diplomacy,the image of the country is an important "soft power," and the mass media is an important tool for reflecting the country's "soft power." Since its independence in 1991,Kazakhstan has enjoyed a continuous economic growth but lags behind in network infrastructure construction.In recent years,China's Huawei and Kazakhstan have cooperated in areas such as network communications.In Kazakhstan,the status quo in the media is that electronic media such as the Internet are gradually emerging.The influence of traditional media such as television,newspapers and radio is still great.Traditional media are also actively transforming themselves into online electronic media.As the Pravda of the party newspaper in that country,it is an important window for people to understand state affairs and international news.On the whole,a positive and positive report of the national image of a country will be conducive to the country's "soft power" promotion in international diplomacy.The negative and negative coverage of the national image of a country will undermine the country's international status.Diplomatic image.With the advancing of China's "Belt and Road" strategy,especially the "Silk Road Economic Belt," it is very important that Kazakhstan,as an important stop,understands that the mainstream media in the country,Pravda,reports on China's national image.This thesis is based on the research of "Image of China in the Mainstream Media of Kazakhstan---Studying on Pravda".Firstly,we analyze the external and internal characteristics of Pravda's report.The main results are as follows: According to the analysis of the image of China in the report of Praxair in Kazakhstan,it is mainly analyzed from the comprehensive analysis and the coverage of China's image in various fields.It analyzes the Chinese image built in the newspaper Pravda as a whole and describes China as a "rapidly rising" country image of a big country.After that,we analyzed the image of China in different areas of political,economic,cultural,military and social reports.In general,there are relatively many positive reports in the political,economic,cultural and military fields.There are relatively few negative reports in the social field.From the analysis of the influential factors in the image building of China in Pravda,it mainly analyzes from the two aspects of the background and the constraints.The impact of the background mainly includes: political relations between China and Kazakhstan;economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan;cultural exchange between China and Kazakhstan and other factors.From the constraints,mainly include: dialogue policy factors;ideological factors and business mechanism factors.Finally,the author puts forward the principles of building China's national image: the principle of seeking truth from facts;the principle of integrity;the principle of subdividing the audience;the principle of intersubjectivity;the principle of flexible discourse.The paper proposes that the path of China's national image building is to strengthen its foreign exchange and strengthen the shaping of government diplomacy and leaders' image.To strengthen the cooperation between the Chinese media and the Russian media such as the Kazakhstan media,to promote the cultural transmission through economic development,to make active use of the Confucius Institutes,China-Kazakhstan tourism year and other cultural exchange platforms and create more interactive platforms for culture;and actively strengthen the image building of multinational enterprises in Kazakhstan.
