With the fact that communication network has developed from 4G to 5G,its rapid growth makes APP(Application)which based on intelligent terminal become an indispensable part of daily life.Social networking APP has always been one of the most popular application types.Nevertheless,these kind of apps in the market are uneven in quality from the perspective of design and social significance.When the hardware technology has less difference,the way of social networking APP to success is that providing good user experience,building an effective social relationship chain between users and guide positive and correct social ideas.Based on the usability,usability metrics and 3 kinds of usability design principles,analyzing the essence of social networking,user's behavior and user's needs,the article carries out a design practice of campus interest social networking APP.The main contents and results are above: elaborating the concepts of usability and usability metrics,usability research and usability design principles;analyzing the nature of social intercourse from several levels: interpersonal communication,sense of existence,culture and identity,and based on this,the analysis of individual and group's behavior in network socialization and four user needs are elaborated;based on the research of usability and network socialization,in a view of user research and task analysis,this article accomplishes the prototype and visual design of campus interest social networking APP,which name is ‘Darenhui';the usability test of ‘Darenhui' APP is conducted,and optimal design of the APP's interactive process and visual interface is carried out based on the conclusion of the test;displaying the design method of campus interest social networking APP,which is based on the research of usability,and showing the final design of the product.
