With the continuous development and progress of information and communication technology, distance education has become an important means to solve the equalization of education and personnel training, for which the world has also experienced a web-based distance education wave. In recent years, under the guidance of a series of educational policy, Chinese universities have carried out various forms of online video distance education mode. Such scenes brought some negative effects such as low interaction, not timely response, the unreasonable business management processes of education system, and many other effects from distance education. Especially for multi-campus university which is also facing problems like the disunity of video recording systems, decentralized management and the difficulties to concentrate use resources, etc. Therefore, from a practical standpoint, this issue combined with the characteristics of the teaching mode and multi-campus university management, taking the unit of Beijing Union University of the author for example, based on the original single-point local automatic taping, design and develop a management information system can achieve Remote interactive features taped. In this way, it will make a contribution to the quality of education and teaching.Firstly, this paper introduces and analyzes the background and significance of multi-campus university system, as well as interactive and broadcasting development at home and abroad, and describes the main contents of the thesis and structural arrangements. Secondly, it also introduced and studied for Flash media server, Flash technology, Asp.net technology, and FFmpeg respectively in depth. Analysis and research the multi-campus university management and the characteristics of teaching and learning, combined with the actual situation of the author units, developed the system requirements analysis. In this way the author choose to design the system with B / S architecture mode, the application Visual Studio, Flash Builder, SQL Server development tools combined with three kinds of ways for the system to be developed and implemented at the same time, the system has been deployed with the relevant test. Finally, it will make a summary of research results and prospects.
