At present,the economic globalization is developing rapidly.The concept of legalized economy and contractual economy goes deeply into the process of market economy development.As an important part of the market economy,enterprises need to construct a good legal environment to maintain the order of the market competition environment.As an important constraint tool for enterprise activities,the contract is the basic condition for economic activities between enterprises,and it's also an important embodiment of enterprises' adherence to market economic laws.As a case,a group company has several legal management systems and they are used at the same time.This company has no unified standards for template,process and access control.In this system,there is no full cycle management about contracts and cases.System function is unitary and user experience is poor.In order to meet the needs of the development of market economy and improve the market competitiveness,management level and cooperation ability of enterprises,it is necessary to standardize the management of contracts and improve the ability of contract risk management and control.So,in this thesis,the legal informatization of a large comprehensive enterprise group,which is a household electrical appliance manufacturing manufacturer,is taken as the research object.The purpose is to reinforce the whole process management of contracts with the informatization method and to share the contract information resources among different departments of enterprises,and at the same time,to control contract application risks through process approvals and to raise the management level and efficiency of an enterprise.So,the subject has a very important research value.This thesis focuses on the enterprise legal management system.Firstly,the thesis puts forward the main background of the subject.And some problems existing in the process of the enterprise legal management would be analyzed here.Then,it points out the main objectives and application value and summarizes the main work of the project.Secondly,this thesis describes the core technology of system development,describes the system businesses,participants in the system businesses,functional use cases,data modeling and non-functional requirements.In the overall design process,the system data model and physical architecture are designed from two aspects of software and hardware,and then the database modeling is carried out.Finally,the principles to be followed in the process of system design are given.In the process of system design,the program flow diagram,class diagram and timing diagram are used to design the system module,and the program code is compiled to realize the system functions.In order to ensure the system can be used online normally,the test environment of the system is built and the function test,performance test and data integrity test of the system are carried out.The key points of this thesis are demand analysis,overall design,detailed design and system implementation.The system uses very mature and stable J2 EE development technology,uses lightweight framework Spring,Struts,Hibernate for MVC integrated development,uses SQL Server for data management and supports the B/S mode.The characteristics of this thesis are reflected in the centralized management of the core business such as contracts,legal affairs,and seals involved in the process of corporate legal management,which has been optimized in a systematic,streamlined,and standardized way.Through the development of the legal management system,the contract life cycle management was completed.The business processes and daily work activities of employees were standardized.The efficiency of legal affairs management was enhanced.The legal risk management and control of enterprises were strengthened.The enterprise management system was implemented.The contracts were signed and the risk were prevented and controlled.Corporate legal management and legal knowledge system were built.Knowledge sharing and experience of heritage were achieved.Enterprise management decision-making efficiency and accuracy were improved and the steady operation of the business development were ensured.
