The rapid advancement in software technology and new product development are creating new opportunities for test engineers to find a new test method that greatly contribute to accelerating the product development cycle. At the same time, The complexity of products that engineers need to test is increasing rapidly as well. Markets are demanding higher quality and more features. How to easily and quickly testing with less human resources? Introduced automated test, and test the product in an automatic way, it can improve the testing quality, speed and efficiency. In order to easily support the automated test, a test platform needs to be developed to make an unified automated test rules for easy maintenance and further development. Currently, a product might include more functionality condensed in the same amount of space. Testing this increasing functionality requires the addition of new technologies to test platform and become more difficulty. This requires the automated test platform with strong compatibility and scalability. This article follow the requirements of the automated test platform, and analysis the problems of platform during product testing, and design the automated test platform with modular test architecture. The modular test architecture can inherently add new features as required. Using a modular test software architecture helps to reduce development costs, decrease product development cycles, and keep up with the increasing complexity of new products.Overall, The automated test platform should accommodate the test requirements of multiple products and facilitate the addition of new test technologies for additional test coverage in the future. Developing a robust, open test software framework is a key component of designing the architecture of a modular test framework. An automated test platform requires the implementation of several tasks and measurement functions. To minimize maintenance costs and ensure test platform longevity, it is important to implement a test strategy that separates the DUT(Device Under Test) tasks so engineers can quickly reuse, maintain, and change test programs (or modules) created throughout the development cycle to meet specific test requirements.
