In recent years,the continuous and rapid growth of China's macroeconomic environment,the establishment and improvement of market economic system,the gradual increase in disposable income of urban residents,the demand for financial services has gradually increased.In addition to the traditional bank savings deposits,stocks,bonds,funds and other financial assets in the portfolio,stock,bonds,funds,etc.More and more people join in the securities market.At present,the development of securities software service enterprises in China has begun to take shape in many years.Many enterprises have made important contributions to the development of the securities market.With the development of the market and the development of the Internet technology,Customer Relationship Management(CRM)is recognized as an important part in the development of enterprises.Have set up their own CRM system,through the company's development in the accumulation of massive business data storage,these detailed records of the company and the customer data from a reasonable management and detailed research to explore the different customers to provide personalized service,so as to help companies earn more profit.However,due to China's special national conditions,the domestic population base is far more than the number of foreign countries,as of 2015,the number of Chinese investors has reached 120000000,showing explosive growth.So,in the process of securities software services will inevitably produce a more massive data,and these data are subject to technical reasons can not be effectively used reasonably.For example physical storage can not accommodate so much data to cause data to be deleted and caused by the lack of data or IT system can not quickly process data in a limited period of time and result in the loss of customers and so on.Therefore,how to find a solution to the rapid integration of massive data cleaning,and quickly to the data in the knowledge mining out and transformed into the CRM system can be accepted by the information flow to the CRM system to better serve the customer service is a research and practical significance.In view of this demand,the analysis of the necessity and implementation of enterprise level CRM.In this paper,the research of enterprise level CRM based on client identification code,the concept of customer identification code and the establishment of the model are described in the First,then the design of the core functional modules is introduced in detail.At the same time,the content of search engine is analyzed and applied.Based on the combination of other key technologies such as data warehouse,distributed platform,search engine,and so on,design a securities software industry enterprise CRM system.In the process of building enterprise level CRM system,customer data is difficult to unified integration is a difficult problem.Therefore,this paper tries to design a set of customer identification code model,through the establishment of customer identification code will be a large amount of data in accordance with the unified format integrated into the CRM system.The use of distributed platform to store massive amounts of data,search engine to solve the problem of data transmission speed.Base on make full use of customer historical data to build the enterprise level CRM system,and design a good user interface.Finally,on the function and performance of the system to test,the system has the characteristics of high accuracy,fast response speed,and has good practical value.
