The Design And Implementation Of Operational Analysis System Of Securities Company

The completion of Stockholder's rights mounted cylinder reform laid the foundation for the flourishing development of stock market of China. The multilayer capital market is forming, and categories of stock are more and more abundant, and the participants of stock exchange are more and more, and the quantity of stock exchange is becoming bigger and gigger. At the same time, because the capital market is opened to the outside world, more and more QFIIs (quilified foreign institute investor) come into capital market of China, and the competition between the securities companies is becoming keener and keener. Along with the criterion of securities companies' management, the quality of customer service and the level of stock operation's risk management are becoming the core of competition between the securities companies. In order to improve the quality of customer service, gain more customers, enhance the specialization level of risk management, and advance the management level of securities company, we design and build the operational analysis system surrounding the CRM (custmor relationship management) and operational risk's analysis.The operational analysis system of H securities company designed and built in this paper is based on ETL (Data Extract, Transform and Load), DW (Data Warehouse), OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) and DM (Data Mining) technologies, and its function is analysing CRM and operational risk of securities company's broker, self-support, asset management and investment banking, and supplying serves to the decision-making of securities company's management. As a DSS (Decision support system), the operational analysis system is designed and built for the decision-maker and data analysis people of securities company's headquarters. The design of the operational analysis system adopts C/S (Client/Server) framework. After the operational analysis system is applied, it can supply Real-time comprehensive analytical data for the management decision activity of securities company.The framework of the operational analysis system consists of Data Source, Date Storage and Data Analysis. At first, it extracts all data correlated to the analysing aim from the inner Data Source and outer Data Source of securities company's, and cleans and converts the data. Secondly, it summarizes, analyses and forecasts the data using OLAP and DM technologies. Thirdly, we solve the operational problems and improve the operational level according to the analytic result by the operational analysis system. Finally, we achieve the goal of enhancing risk management level and customer service quality, and gain more customers, and gain better profit.
