Studty On The Financial Trade System Testing Quality Improvement And Measurement

Information has been an indispensable part of today's financing industry on the background of the Age of Big Data.The continuous renewals of information technology have greatly led to a rapid growth of the scale of financing software industry.As software has been a supporting platform especially for financial service,it is necessary to provide a service with premium quality.Software testing plays a decisive role in the progress of product development and improvement.Meanwhile,it is also the most precise steps that could be easily measured and controlled in the life circle of software.In addition,software testing is one of the most important methods of quality assurance,and the testing results will directly impact the degree of acceptance of products in the market.Measurement and the continuous improvement on testing activities can not only enhance the software quality and reduce costs,but also can raise customers' degree of satisfaction and lead to better economic benefits.First of all,the thesis briefly introduces the basic theory of quality model CMMI and TMMI,as well as the basic theory of software testing and measurement.Besides,in order to achieve the goal of testing quality improvement for N company,the quality testing system model is built on the basis of CMMI and TMMI process domain methods.In terms of the model selection of software test metrics,mature GQIM method is adopted to make test measurement model selection and define the measurement index.The next part of this essay will focus on test quality of the RMBTS project of N company,a financial trading system,including summarizing the test properties of financial trading system,introducing the current test status of RMBTS project and deeply analyzing the problems of testing quality and the specific causes that exist in the testing activities.By applying the standards test measurement system of N company,six improvement strategies are provided and implemented to solve the testing quality problems,including the improvement in the test team organization and test process,the enhancement of test design,the implementation of access and exit criteria,optimization of defect management and implementation of automate regression testing technology.Finally,in this report,SPC control chart and Gompertz model method are used to evaluate the testing process.The effects of the software testing improvement are evaluated according to five indexes,including testing design,testing efficiency,defect management,non-conformance term and customer satisfactory.
