With the continuous increasing of the working frequency of the circuit and the continuous decreasing of the system supply voltage, the power integrity problem due to the synchronous switching noise(SSN)and the voltage drop has become an essential part in the power distribution network design. The fluctuation of the power supply will influence the stability of the high-speed circuit. Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the power integrity of high-speed circuits.Besides, the circuits working at highfrequency will generate electromagnetic near-field radiation, which will result in Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)and seriously damage the performance of the entire circuit system. Therefore,it is very necessary to measure and analyze the electromagnetic near-field induction in high-speed circuit system. The main work of this thesis includes two aspects:A numerical method based on weighted Laguerre polynomials finitedifference time-domain(WLP-FDTD)is proposed to analyze power integrity problem of power and ground planes in power delivery network.Firstly, the planes are modeled as a 2-D structure and then are used to analyze the noise propagating problem. To analyze power/ground planes with slots, the planes are divided into two parts, one is the planes, and the other is the slots. Then the planes are modeled as 2D equivalent circuit networks and the slots are modeled as coupled circuits. Finally, the equivalent 2D circuits are solved by WLP-FDTD.Numerical results show that the WLP-FDTD-based method can achieve higher efficiency than the traditional finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method with the same accuracy. Therefore, the proposed WLP-FDTD-based method is suitable for accurate and efficient analysis of power integrity problem in high-speed circuits.Near-field scanning, with the advantage of high accuracy and flexibility,is now widely used in measuring the electromagnetic distribution of printed circuit board. This paper mainly applies the near-field scanning system to extract the distribution of electromagnetic of microstrip antenna and analyzes the surface induction of the circuits. The simulated results and measured results are compared and the difference is analyzed and the equivalent model is established with the near-field scanning.
