In the study of urban dynamic simulation,how to build a coupling model based on machine learning algorithm or intelligent optimization algorithm and cellular automata is the direction of the academic circles to improve the accuracy of model simulation.In order to further clarify the influence of land classification equilibrium on the precision of land simulation,this paper constructs a dynamic model of SSO-CA city based on Social Spider Optimization Algorithm(SSO)and cellular automata,and designs a different contrast scheme verification model by taking Chongqing Yuxi area as an example.On the basis of different scenarios,the dynamic simulation of the urban development pattern of the future Chongqing western region is carried out on the basis of the Kappa coefficient and simulation precision,and its ecological benefits are verified.The results are as follows:Compared with the past genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization and CA model,the new SSO-CA model has better precision,the precision can reach 99.3% and the total Kappa coefficient is 81.4%.In order to study the influence of land classification equilibrium on the accuracy of simulation,this paper divides the land types into 2 categories,5 types and 7 types.Using SSO-CA model to simulate the simulation accuracy,we observe the comparison of simulation accuracy under different classification conditions.The study finds that when the land types are divided into 5 categories,the total precision is 93.2% and the total Kappa is 85.6%,and then it is found by the index analysis of variation coefficient and standard difference.The classification method has better classification equilibrium and has the best simulation effect.The reason for different accuracy of classification is analyzed.In this paper,the situation of land use in 2020 was predicted by setting different scenarios,and human disturbance index,ecological risk index and ecosystem service value were used to evaluate the ecological effects of Western Chongqing from 2000 to 2020.It is found that since 2000,the overall ecological risk of Western Chongqing has been increasing,human activities are gradually increasing,and the value of ecosystem services is declining.The relevant departments need to be paid more attention to,and the corresponding countermeasures should be taken to control the ecological protection in the west of Chongqing.
