With the development of power electronics technology,commercial induction heating equipment,as the main force of new kitchen equipment,has become more and more popular because of its advantages of safety,environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency,and its market share has continued to rise steadily.Based on the theory of fuzzy PID control,this paper designs an induction heating system controller for intelligent commercial heating and insulation equipment.By analyzing the working control principle,operation process and user requirements of the system,the software and hardware design and development of the induction heating system controller is completed.And the debugging verification of the whole machine proves that the controller has the characteristics of high efficiency,low power consumption,fast response,anti-interference and intelligence.The main work content of this paper is divided into the following aspects:(1)Analyzed the current development status of induction heating equipment at home and abroad,compared the common topological structure and working principle of commercial induction heating equipment,studied the system power regulation control method,and proposed the working characteristics and user requirements of the target product.Induction heating power inverter circuit adopts the form of series resonant inverter circuit.PFM and PWM power modulation methods are combined to perform power adjustment,and fuzzy control and PID control are combined to control the output power in real time.(2)Select Microchip's single-chip PIC18F25K22 as the main control chip of the induction heating system,calculate and select the key component parameters in the functional circuit of each part of the induction heating system hardware circuit,design the IGBT drive circuit,based on the switching power supply module The power circuit,as well as various protection function circuits.(3)According to the user's needs,and based on the new power adjustment control method,the software control design of the induction heating system controller is completed.The focus includes the overall design of the main program,the design of the test program,and the design of the power control program.At the same time,the design of the HMI is described in detail.(4)Through the hardware and software design,the prototype welding assembly was carried out.The prototype was debugged according to the design requirements.The waveforms of the self-excited oscillation circuit and the system output circuit were analyzed.The temperature was tracked in real time and the prototype was tested by EMC..The test results show that the commercial heating and heat preservation equipment designed in this paper has an output power efficiency of over 96%.The method of adjusting power is simple,the speed is fast,the load detection accuracy is high,the human-machine interface is friendly,and electromagnetic pollution and electric energy waste are effectively reduced.In line with the policy orientation of energy conservation and emission reduction,the equipment will be successfully brought to market.
