The fillet is used in the textile fillet process with the card or the tooth.As the market demands for high quality fillet,accelerating the intelligent and digital transformation of enterprises,improving product quality and production efficiency are issues that every fillet manufacturer needs to consider.It is a good way to solve the problem by purchasing advanced equipment.But it is not suitable for all companies,because of its high cost.The use of sensor networks with various sensors and microcontrollers to retrofit existing equipment has increased production efficiency while significantly reducing costs.It is a transitional tool for factories to move toward smart manufacturing.According to the current situation of the Jinlun fillet factory,the thesis analyzed and studied the production factors of the plant needle machine,production workshop environment,personnel management,material management,etc.The thesis designed and implemented a distributed data acquisition and transmission system.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)The research is based on the data-driven about fillet production model,and production data collection scheme is designed according to the actual application environment of the system.According to the equipment situation of the needle machine,the production workshop select the appropriate sensor for distributed installation.By those sensors,we can collect realtime data such as machine operation,surrounding environment,material in and out,and workers.(2)The thesis designed and implemented the production acquisition,equipment control module,power data acquisition module,temperature and humidity acquisition module,material data acquisition module.According to the characteristics and uses of the data,the collected data is simply classified to form a data set,which facilitates the transmission and exchange of data.The system realizes simple control and operation of the equipment,such as starting and stopping of the machines,automatic counting of output,and alarm when the material is short.(3)In order to meet the requirements of the distributed environment of the factory,the heterogeneous network data transmission technology is analyzed and studied,including NBIOT,Zigbee,WiFi wireless network,wired Ethernet network,RS485 bus and so on.According to the characteristics of different kinds of data,that selects the appropriate transmission network,and set up the heterogeneous network,complete the data transmission and the communication between the devices.(4)The thesis designs and implements related acquisition terminal embedded software,live board software and simple MES work order distribution software.In summary,this thesis studies the data collection,classification,transmission and equipment control in the production process of the fillet factory.There set up a simulation environment for fillet production,realize the issuance of production plan,the reception and processing of live board,the display of output data,the start-stop control of machines,and the function of fault alarm.Experimental verification shows that the distributed data acquisition and transmission system can improve production efficiency,save production costs,and achieve scientific management.
