The annual National College Students Intelligent Vehicle Competition is organized by the Automation Teaching Committee of Colleges and Universities entrusted by the Ministry of Education.It is based on the rapid development of automotive electronics.The aim is to cultivate students' ability to grasp and innovated knowledge,and to engage in scientific research.It is a very important and well-known competition in the series of College Students' competitions in our country.The competition is divided into beacon group and race group according to the different forms of competition.The competition rules and scoring standards of different groups are different.The referee system currently is mainly based on manual and semi-automatic equipment.There are some problems in efficiency and fairness.In addition,because of the lack of a complete automatic referee system,students in Colleges can only use some simple devices to referee when debugging the model offline.This way is inevitably different from the formal competition referee system,which will affect the efficiency of debugging and the results of debugging to a certain extent.The main work of this paper is to design two sets of automatic referee system,which are used in beacon group and race group respectively.It can objectively measure the time of car model race and whether or not to rush out of the track,thus eliminating the manual referee process This can not only alleviate the pressure of the host school,reduce the misjudgement of manual referees,improve the fairness of the competition,but also further optimize the competition process,increase the number of teams on the field,reduce the risk of on-site errors.It can also be used as an offline debugging referee system for contestants,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of contestants in the early debugging process.This paper first introduces the overall scheme design of the system,and then introduces the whole equipment in detail from three chapters: hardware system design,control software system design and upper computer software system design.
