Design And Implement Of Eju Primary Real Estate Agency's APP Based On Android

Real estate has experienced rapid development over the past ten years and has become an important economic support of China.However,due to the rapid growth of the industry in the past,real estate companies paid too much attention to the executive power and neglected the management capabilities,resulting in a generally low degree of the industrial information management.Due to the country's unrestrained real estate policies,the saturated market demand and the information age,strengthening internal control management and improving employee work efficiency have become the main direction of real estate business management.This paper is based on the real problems encountered by the well-known first-hand house agency E-House.It is proposed to establish a client-side sales system for their salesperson and hoped this system can enhance the work efficiency of the salesperson and the company's performace.Besides,it is hoped that the system can improve the big data work so that the company's administrators can get the more accurate analysis reports.This paper used the Android system for development.It used the Spring MVC(Spring Model-View-Controller)technology to separate the view from the model and realize that the interface and the processing of user needs can be improved without modifying the business logic.In addition,based on the REST(Representational State Transfer)architecture style,the client invokes the WebService through the HyperText Transfer Protocol(HTTP),and encapsulates the data in the JSON(JavaScript Object Notation)format to implement information interaction between the client and the server.The application also accesses the Baidu map interface through the client to obtain the user's current location,which can be used for the salesperson's mobile attendance.The application has the characteristics of rapid information entry and acquisition and improving the management.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Completing the research on the development of mobile office in the real estate industry at home and abroad.Through reading the literature,the communication within the industry and the field investigation,the necessity of developing enterprise information management is clearly defined.And it is also clear that the client system adopt an independent research is more appropriate.(2)Completing the combing business processes and demand analysisThrough the field research interview with salespersons and the centralized meetings of all the functional departments in the back office of the enterprise,the process of E-House's agency business was combed out and divided into external agency service process and internal management control process.On the basis,the demand analysis was completed.The employee who has the management function(except the CEO)needs the PC terminal sales system.However,the salesperson needs the client system.The structure of the client system was described by the use case diagram.(3)Completing the system designBased on the business process and demand analysis,we completed the system design.The client system is designed as five modules,conference management,my customers,customers pool,performance ranking and personal center.The way of the client system to interact with the backend server was designed.The client system of this paper is developed by AndroidStudio and is suitable for Android 4.0 and above.The system's operating interface is friendly and well-compatibility.The function and the performance test proved that the client system can satisfy the salesperson's daily work.After being formally put into use,the performace of the company,the turn rate and the number of zero-performing salesperson were improved.It can be seen that the client system meet the expectation at the time and has the engineering significance.For the future work,we hope to have a more beautiful interface,more convenient operation and more features.
