The performance and expressiveness of the stage relies on the abundant transformation of its shape.However,this transformation is dependent on the operation of the stage control system.The traditional stage control system has a large limitation on the number of control objects,and does not have flexible and versatile operation and perfect security protection mechanism.Therefore,in-depth development of the stage control system has important application significance and broad market prospects.This paper has designed and developed a stage servo drive network collaborative control system.PLC technology,computer network technology,database technology,and configuration programming technology are used to achieve collaborative control of the system.The whole control system owns strong real-time performance,high accuracy,good cooperative control,and complete security protection mechanism and operation mode which are flexible and convenient.The main works of the thesis are as follows:1.A network cooperative control scheme based on multiple PLC and multi-axis servo drive is determined.According to the functional requirements of the stage control,we adopted an overall control scheme,which consists of the control system,3 PLC programmable logiccontrollers,network switches,servo drives and servo motors after comparing and analyzing multiple motion control schemes and related core technologies.2.The selection and comparison of various hardware devices and the construction of a three-layer hardware structure control system are completed.The three-layer hardware control scheme consisting of monitoring layer,management layer and execution layer is designed.The basic parameters and connection methods of each hardware device are determined at the same time.3.A software platform that can realize the monitoring and scheduling of stage servo multi-axis linkage is designed.Through analyzing the requirements of the human-computer interaction function,the logical interface has been designed;multiple database tables have been created to meet the needs of information circulation functions;the communication mode consisting of Modbus TCP protocol and CANopen network protocol is adopted,and the modular function design idea is integrated to realize the delivery mechanism of the running instruction,the conversion mechanism of the relational database to the tree structure,the rotation scheduling mechanism of the instruction set,and the dynamic grouping mechanism of the servo drive network to meet the system with the idea of modular function design;the feedback mechanism of state data,command synchronization mechanism,fault diagnosis and predictive maintenancefunction,and origin recovery mechanism have been designed to ensure the real-time,accuracy and security of the system.4.Through the test and data analysis in the engineering application field,the feasibility and reliability of the whole stage servo drive network collaborative control system scheme are verified.At present,the system has been successfully applied to many large-scale stage control scenes.
