Netease E Mobile Game Project Quality Control

The development of game projects is generally classified into software project development,and the quality control system also USES some methods of the software industry.With the gradual development of the game industry,there are more and more different development methods from the software industry,and the quality control methods also need to adapt to the new development methods.Emobile Game is a Massive Multiplayer Online Game(MMO)developed by NETEASE(NETEASE).This paper will focus on the analysis and elaboration of the quality method in the development of this product.Based on the idea of quality spiral model and total quality management,this paper analyzes the quality factors in the development of game products,selects the quality parameters with great influence,and introduces them into the quality model to improve the quality awareness of the development team and involve all the staff in quality improvement.This paper mainly studies the application of the quality spiral model and total quality management in the development of emobile game project,and analyzes the factors of quality improvement through scientific methods to introduce the quality spiral model into the final acceptance of the quality of project output.And through literature analysis and research of the current use of quality spiral in the software industry,introduced into the development of game software;During the process,data will be obtained by interviewing developers,obtaining evaluation expert scores and other methods for analysis,diagnosing problems encountered in the project,introducing quality methods for improvement,identifying the quality factors that have the greatest impact in the process,and analyzing their effectiveness according to these factors of quality improvement.Through the study of this paper can provide hand swim after project development with corresponding quality control methods,effective depending on the tour product hand to predict possible quality problems,constantly optimize the development process and quality management activities,reduce the cost of repeated trial and error,improve hand swim team organization ability and the overall development ability.
