The design of microwave resonator is precise,and any size deviation may cause defective products.However,due to the complex internal structure of the resonator and its large number of parts to be measured,manual measurement is time-consuming,laborious and inefficient.In addition,many existing measuring devices can not meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency on-line measurement.Therefore,it is of great significance to study fast and efficient automatic measuring equipment for improving product quality and reducing labor costs.Aiming at the difficulty of measuring the size of microwave resonator and the low efficiency of measurement,based on laser displacement sensor,motion control system and computer processing technology,a method and system for online measuring the height information of the internal structure of microwave resonator with high efficiency and accuracy is proposed.Through in-depth understanding and analysis of the automatic measurement system at our country and abroad,combined with actual needs,the hardware selection of the measurement system is completed,and the working mode of the whole measurement system is determined.The measurement system is divided into two parts: hardware system design and data processing system design.The error sources of the measurement system are analyzed.According to the structure and shape of the measurement items,the processing methods and program implementation of data points are studied,including abnormal data elimination,data denoising,data smoothing,data filtering and curve fitting.After the design of the measurement system is completed,a scientific and reasonable calibration scheme is designed,and the calibration of the laser displacement sensor used is completed;the accuracy of the measurement system is verified by the measurement of standard parts,and good measurement results are obtained;the microwave resonator is measured in practice,the stability of the measurement results is analyzed,and the factors affecting the stability of the measurement results are analyzed.The research results show that the measurement method and system can achieve high precision and high efficiency measurement of the height size of the microwave resonator.The measurement accuracy can reach 40 microns,and the measurement time of a single resonator is less than 10 minutes.
