The quartz flexible accelerometer is a high precision sensor which is used to measure the linear acceleration,and it plays a great role in the inertial navigation system. However,in the use of quartz reed as the core sensitive element of quartz flexure accelerometer, its flexible beam, easy to break, the magnetic induction intensity is easy to be affected by environmental factors, so that the measurement results are not stable. The stiffness parameter of the quartz pendulum is an important index in the parameters of the quartz plate. Due to the stiffness and frequency between fixed formula, the measurement of quartz pendulum slice self vibration frequencies and torsional vibration frequency has been quartz pendulum slice of stiffness parameters, using the non-contact type of laser optical triangulation sensor of the quartz pendulum slice were measured, can be a very good measurement of the quartz pendulum slice of self vibration frequencies and torsional vibration frequency, measuring method, and a high rate of repetition measurement, avoids prior testing method of some drawbacks.Firstly, quartz pendulous reed features as well as some important parameters are described and introduced methods of measurement of quartz pendulous reed, analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of different methods in the process of measuring.And according to the need, design based on triangular optical sensor data acquisition,monolithic source control of high-precision measuring system. This paper introduces the basic principle of the system, and the kinds of functional analysis. By using this system, are given based on laser triangulation optical sensor of quartz pendulous Reed frequency and frequency of torsional vibration measuring method for transient excitation.Secondly, measured swing pack system, five kinds of factors influencing the quality of collected data is analyzed: strength of spot detection, air control, air control, set position and quartz pendulous reed clamping position. And focus on natural frequency of quartz pendulous reed fixed location to which ANSYS simulation analysis of the influence, according to these five factors affecting the corresponding part design requirements. Determines the frequency estimation algorithm for maximum likelihood estimation, and because of large amplitude of vibration frequency and its harmonics, we design digital filters to complete the separation of the two frequency signals, in order to achieve high precision estimation of frequency.Completed the data processing algorithm design and user interface design, the intelligent quartz pendulous reed frequency measurement is realized, and multithread cycle measurement of vibration signal of quartz pendulous reed.Finally, measure the impact of different factors on the results in the system,and a summary of factors to measure impact and frequency of quartz pendulous Reed measurements.Experimental results show that the system of quartz pendulous Reed frequency measurement repeatability up to 0.01 Hz, torsional frequency repetitive 0.1Hz, realizes high precision measurement of quartz pendulous Reed frequency parameter.
