In recent years,product quality and safety accidents have occurred frequently,and consumers are increasingly eager to know the true information of products.Product traceability is an effective technical solution to control and address product quality and safety issues,enabling consumers to fully know the full range of aspects of product flow.At present,the mainstream product quality traceability platform has the risk of system centralization,data being maliciously altered or destroyed,and there are problems such as simplification of traceability objects,less traceability information and traceability of industry.There is no unified and universal platform to ensure products.The authenticity and integrity of the information has brought great difficulties to the regulatory authorities.In order to solve the above problems,it is especially important to design and implement a product quality traceability platform that can ensure the safety and reliability of traceability data and is applicable to different enterprises.The main work of the thesis can be summarized as follows: The product quality tracing scheme based on block chain is designed.In order to ensure the data security and reliability of the product quality traceability service platform,through in-depth study of the hierarchical structure,working principle and technical characteristics of the blockchain,and comparing the three commonly used blockchain technology platforms,a blockchain platform suitable for traceability system application was selected,and designed a product quality traceability technical solution based on the blockchain plaform.The transaction processing mechanism of block chain and relational database is proposed.In order to solve the problem of dual-consistent "consistency fault",by comparing the blockchain with the relational database,analyzing the transaction mechanism in the blockchain and relational database,a dual-storage transaction mechanism is proposed.And explain its design principles and specific processes.The SaaS service architecture based on block chain is designed.In order to solve the versatility problem of traceability system,by analyzing the data storage scheme of SaaS mode and its advantages,combined with the data security mechanism of SaaS mode in blockchain environment,a blockchain-based SaaS service architecture is designed,and the underlying interface of the blockchain is designed in detail.The product quality traceability service platform is designed and implemented.In order to make the traceability system meet the actual application requirements,detailed design of system function modules,and in order to locate the product origin by querying the source code,in the trace source design,combined with the GTIN coding system,the encoding method of "product GTIN code + geo-tagging code + authentication code" is proposed,and obtained 20-bit length trace source for product traceability.At the same time,the underlying platform of the blockchain was built,the Web environment was deployed,and the product quality traceability service platform was implemented and tested.
