The Design And Implementation Of MCC Hua Tian Bidding System

In order to further improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise,MCC Huatian hopes to develop a bidding and quotation system.The system can effectively standardize the work order of the project quotation plan,improve management efficiency,and improve the quality of quotation by letting multi-level business personnel work under a unified platform.This thesis follows the basic idea of software engineering,through the needs analysis,overall design,function implementation,system testing and other stages.After fully understanding the relevant functional requirements and the actual business implementation of the company,it was decided to use the key technologies such as.NET technology and WBS work breakdown structure related technology for research.The main contents of this article include:1.Designed a bidding quotation system framework for functional modules such as project project management,project plan management,quotation plan planning and project quotation summary analysis;2.The core module,including engineering planning module,group price module,authority management and other modules,was designed in detail,and the main structure of the quotation scheme based on WBS work breakdown tree was designed.The group price formula identification and authority were designed.Manage trigger related algorithms;3.The system was implemented and tested.A wealth of test cases were designed to verify the system's implementation of related requirements.It has been verified that the information management system realized in this thesis can assist MCC Huatian to solve the management problems and technical problems encountered in the bidding work.
