| As the rapid developing of China's mobile phone manufacturing industry,a large number of mobile phone manufacturers have emerged.Some mobile phone manufacturers engaged in ODM in the early stage are facing a huge threat of competition in markets.If they do not strengthen their core competence,they will be squeezed out of the current market.Transsion Holdings Corporation has grown successfully and has occupied nearly half of the market share in Africa.This thesis attempts to analyze the core competence of the mobile phone manufacturers from the perspective of the value chain,and conducts research on the core competitiveness of Transsion Holdings Corporation from outside to the inside,and explores the fundamental method of obtaining core competence.The research steps are as follows: Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current status of the development of the mobile phone industry and the market environment.Secondly,based on the value chain theory,indicates the core competence of Transsion Holdings Corporation and its problems of cultivation of core competence.Thirdly,it points out the positioning of core competence of China's small and medium-sized mobile phone enterprises and gives suggestions for improving their core competence.Fourthly,it shows the inspiration for Chinese mobile phone manufacturers to cultivate their core competence.This thesis use Transsion Holdings Corporation as a case for the first time because of its successful development.It is a typical enterprise,the recommendations can inspire the same kind of enterprises. |
