China has become the largest producer and consumer countries in the fields of battery industry. How to realize the Enterprise Informationization and the automatization of production process is the major route to enhance the international competitiveness. With the increasing electrical products and the growing progress of technology, the amount of battery which has increasingly become indispensable items in our lives, is rapidly increasing in our lives, and infiltrate our lives and work. However the battery industry has also brought environmental pollution as making convenience. Therefore, how to implement green manufacture is also the real question for each enterprise to have to face reality.Barcode technique is the most popular form of information collection and automatic identification technology. It has the advantages of low cost, real time and high reliability. In order to improving enterprise's Informationization and the automatization, tracking the whole life of battery products and implementing the green manufacture, Design a business management software systems have an important practical significance.Under the background of the workshop's production process in Zhejiang Province Narada Power Co., Ltd., this essue designed a production processes's data acquisition and bar code tracking system based on Narada Power Source. And the subject comes from prior themes and major projects of the manufacturing industry's Informationization in Zhejiang province, which call development and application of the digital integration platform on production and operation management supported for green manufacture.An up-to-date review of bar-code technology is analyzed at beginning. After a detailed research for Narada Power Source, a scheme about data acquisition, which is suitable for this company's production process, then the design an implement of this system, are introduced. According to bar-code technology, Inventory management, production process management, marketing management, product recovery management and ERP management systems are connected organically. And from production to sale, as well as recycling, reak-time tracking and management are implemented. At last, some problems for further research are pointed out based on a summarization of this dissertation.Finally, the software system is applied in the enterprise. And the result shows that making use of bar code technology for real-time information collection, the problem about black-box state of plant management is solved, at the same time, enterprise productivity is improved, the enterprise's decision-making is optimized, and the Green Manufacturing is implemented. All of above bring economic benefits for the enterprise.
