Compared with the traditional FM broadcasting,the Digital Media Broadcasting(DMB)has the characteristics of CD sound quality,stronger anti-interference and mobile reception ability,especially the capability of transmitting multimedia data services,which makes it more and more applied in the field of information dissemination.As an extension of single radio service mode based on DMB.DMB+ technology gradually become a multimedia information publishing platform in form of broadcast,which is complemented with the modern communication system.So far,the DMB+ information publishing is controlled by the PC end,which has been unable to meet the needs of the mobility and immediacy of information release.Additionally,with the rapid popularization of the mobile terminal based on the Android system,more and more DMB+ user proposed the requirements of information publishing and condition monitoring which based on the mobile terminals.This thesis studies the DMB+ information publishing and terminal monitoring technology based on Android system,then develops an information publishing and monitoring software which will suitable for mobile terminals.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Based on the existing DMB+ launching system in laboratory,we use FTP and Socket transmission protocol to realize the function of information publishing based on Android system,such as texts,warnings and pictures.2.Using the AudioRecord class which provided by the Android system and the open source coding library named Twolame,the audio acquisition and MP2 coding are realized.And transmit the Audio data to the DMB+ server to achieve the function of real-time audio transmission.3.The WIFI control module is added to the existing DMB+ receiver,then the terminal running state is returned to the mobile terminal by TCP/IP protocol,the monitoring of the DMB+ terminal state on the mobile terminal is realized.4.Finally,the modules mentioned above are integrated and an Android application is released.The functional and robustness test of the DMB+ information publishing and monitoring software is tested and verified by the DMB+ transmission system and the campus broadcasting system of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications.The test results show that the software given in this thesis can accurately publish the text,pictures and voice information of DMB+,and can remotely monitor the working status of the terminal.After a long period of operation,it proves that the designed hardware and software work stably,and can effectively solve the engineering problems of DMB+ information publishing and terminal detection,and has positive significance for the promotion and application of DMB+.
