The detection and maintenance of communication base stations is one of the essential steps to improve the performance of mobile communications networks.The problems of traditional base station detection work mainly included as below: need to carry a large number of tools before carrying out the measurement work;operation team need to climb to the tower to carry out parameter measurement,which is hard to guarantee the safety of themselves;obviously,engineering test is a very challenging task that takes a lot of time and work intensity when manually record the state data of construction project to evaluation and analysis.Therefor,more efficient detection methods of the communication base station are worth exploring.Rely on the research and development of the antenna parameter measurement terminal project,which is funded by the SME Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology,this thesis proposes a set of measurement system of Antenna parameters under the tower in mobile communication based on Android to overcome traditional base detection problems.The measurement staff can use this system to carry out a measurement of all antenna parameters only with a single device.At the same time,the entire measurement work is performed under the tower and it greatly ensure the safety of surveyors.In summary,the main contributions of this thesis are the following:(1)First,we proposed a new measurement scheme under the tower based on Android smart-phone to overcome currently drawbacks of traditional base station detection methods.This measurement scheme we propose mainly solves the problem of how to measure the antenna's azimuth,downtilt,and antenna height under the tower,and allows measurement personnel to complete measurement of antenna attitude parameters without climbing the tower.(2)Second,according to the requirements of the measurement system under the tower,this thesis completes the overall design of the system architecture.This thesis combines the process of base station inspection services to complete the design of client-side function modules.The functional modules mainly include a user login module,a measurement preparation module,an inspection module,a measurement record module,and an electronic map module.(3)Third,this thesis completes the detailed design and implementation of the client's various functional modules.This thesis achieves the structural design and interaction design of each module by calling Android system functions,in order to reduce the difficulty of the use of the client,a well-designed human-computer interaction interface is designed according to the principle of easy use and normative principles.(4)At last,deploying the system to Android smart devices for functional and performance testing,and Improveing the solution to the deficiency of the system in the test process.At present the system has passed functional and performance tests respectively,in which the error range of the azimuth angle is ?2.5,the error range of the downtilt angle is ?0.5,and the error range of the antenna hanging height is ?1m,and the test results meet expectations,and the system provides powerful support for the operator's base station detection work.
