Resistance Strain Force Measurement System Based On Safe Multi-CPU Structure

In the automotive,construction,military,aerospace,marine and other industrial fields,pressure is one of the important parameters for measuring safety.Correct measurement and effective control play a series of properties to ensure the safety of industrial control and production process.An indispensable role.In the process of system acquisition,it is often interfered by various factors to reduce the acquisition accuracy and acquisition speed.A kind of pressure acquisition system with fast acquisition speed,high precision and wide application range is very necessary.This paper is a safe multi-CPU structure resistance strain type force measurement system based on STC89C52 RC main controller design.The system is mainly divided into a data acquisition part,a data transmission part and a data processing display part.The resistance strain gauge type pressure sensor is equipped with a24-bit high-precision AD converter for data acquisition,amplification and conversion of the external pressure signal.The data is transmitted based on the serial RS-485 bus,and the master-slave MCU is responsible for processing the collected data.The calibration setting pressure threshold provides a basis for the safety overweight alarm.When the detection exceeds this threshold,the system will perform an audible and visual alarm,and the internal programming of the system will control the work between the modules.The gradient falling calibration algorithm combines the data of the multi-CPU structure.The treatment improves the pressure collection speed and accuracy.Accurate pressure collection and real-time display and alarm functions make the system an industrial safety control system.The system can be used for the collection of physical parameters such as pressure,torque,acceleration,etc.Through the analysis of a large number of experimental results,the system meets the requirements of industrial safety production.
