With the rapid development of TD-LTE network and the rapid growth of mobile communication users,China has become the largest mobile communication market in the world.The scale of network coverage is unprecedented huge,but the rapid development of the network also brings new difficulties and challenges.The coverage problems of existing mobile networks are increasing and becoming more complex.In this context,how to carry out network optimization efficiently and comprehensively,solve the existing network coverage problems and improve the quality of network coverage,has posed a huge challenge to the traditional network coverage optimization methods.Traditional network coverage optimization mainly uses road test(DT),call quality call test(CQT)and MR measurement report.DT/CQT can identify and optimize the problems in network coverage more accurately,but it has high human and material resources,low data acquisition efficiency and long optimization period.Based on MR measurement report method,because MR contains abundant network side performance information,and MR data acquisition and analysis is convenient,it can identify and optimize the coverage problems in the network more quickly and accurately.However,the characteristics of MR have also become its shortcomings.Because of the lack of user-side information,the coverage problem that the network performance index is normal but the user-side actually uses poor quality can not be effectively identified,and the network coverage optimization is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,in view of the lack of user-side information in MR data acquisition,this paper makes use of the fact that voice data contains abundant user-side perception information,such as voice access delay,and carries out correlation analysis with MR to make up for the deficiency of single MR-based coverage optimization method.Combining the two data characteristics,we can further enlarge the perspective of network coverage optimization,and accurately identify and optimize the problems in mobile communication network coverage from the user side and the network side.At the same time,in the process of coverage optimization,the abnormal base stations causing coverage problems are identified,the reasons for abnormal base station equipment are analyzed and optimized.In the short term,the purpose is to find and optimize the adjustment of abnormal base station equipment,solve the coverage problem caused by abnormal base station,and improve the quality of network coverage.In the long run,the reasons of coverage problems caused by abnormal base station are summarized.In the subsequent network construction process,experience guidance is provided for network operators on how to correctly use,set up and plan the construction of base stations,so as to avoid unnecessary network coverage problems caused by improper site selection or unreasonable use and settings of base station equipment,Reduce the workload of mobile network coverage optimization,reduce the cost of coverage optimization of operators and improve market competitiveness.
